From a Corner Grocery to Your Table

It all started with a counter, a few tapas and homemade dishes in a small grocery shop at 91 Rue de Lausanne in Geneva. Sebastián and Stella had one simple idea: share the flavours of their homeland with the people of Geneva. When the neighbouring space became available, the decision came naturally — expand, transform, and create something greater. La Fusion by Chez Rosa was born.

La Galerna — The Spirit of a Northern Wind

"La Galerna is a Basque word for the powerful winds that sweep across northern Spain, carrying sea spray, character and generosity. That is exactly what our restaurant brings to Geneva: the quiet strength of the Basque Country and Galicia, noble ingredients and recipes rooted in the traditions of San Sebastián, reimagined with the elegance of French gastronomy."
